1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AwardHack.com ("AwardHack", "we", "us", or "the Site") operated by AwardHack LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.

2. Description of Service

AwardHack provides tools and informational resources related to airline miles, hotel points, transfer partners, and travel rewards ("Service").

AwardHack does not book travel, issue tickets, access airline or hotel inventory, or act as an agent for any airline, hotel, credit card issuer, or loyalty program. All results are estimates and informational only.

3. No Professional or Financial Advice

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Loyalty programs, award availability, transfer ratios, and credit card terms change frequently and without notice.

You are solely responsible for verifying all information directly with airlines, hotels, and credit card issuers before making any booking or financial decision.

4. Accuracy of Information

• Award charts, transfer partners, and redemption values may change at any time
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the Site
• Displayed results may be outdated, incomplete, or unavailable
• Data inaccuracies may result from delays in our manual curation process, changes made by third-party programs without notice, or errors in our compilation
• You assume all risk when relying on the Service for any booking or financial decision

5. Independent Research & Data Sourcing

AwardHack independently researches and curates data from publicly available primary sources, including airline, hotel, and loyalty program websites, official program terms, and publicly disclosed credit card benefit information. AwardHack does not systematically copy, scrape, or reproduce content from competitor websites.

All editorial content, analysis, valuations, and data presentations represent AwardHack's original work. While the underlying facts (such as award rates and transfer ratios) are publicly available information, the selection, arrangement, curation, and presentation of that data on AwardHack constitutes an original compilation protected under applicable copyright law.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

AwardHack may offer paid subscription plans, including annual subscriptions. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store or process your payment card information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your account settings.

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Access to paid features may be suspended after a grace period of seven (7) days from the failed payment date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are billed annually. Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable and non-prorated.

New subscribers may request a full refund within seven (7) days of their initial purchase by contacting us at legal@awardhack.com. This grace period applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to subsequent renewals.

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period.

8. Affiliate & Third-Party Links

AwardHack may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services, including affiliate links. We may receive compensation if you click or apply through such links, at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, or practices. The inclusion of any affiliate link does not constitute an endorsement of that product or service.

9. Third-Party Trademarks & Non-Affiliation

All airline, hotel, credit card, and loyalty program names, trademarks, logos, and brand identifiers referenced on AwardHack — including but not limited to Chase Ultimate Rewards, American Express Membership Rewards, Delta SkyMiles, United MileagePlus, American Airlines AAdvantage, Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, and World of Hyatt — are the property of their respective owners.

AwardHack LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any airline, hotel chain, credit card issuer, bank, or loyalty program referenced on this Site. References to third-party programs are for informational purposes only.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and functionality on AwardHack — including the selection, arrangement, curation, and presentation of data — is owned by AwardHack LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

While individual data points such as award rates and transfer ratios reflect publicly available facts, AwardHack's compiled dataset, organizational structure, editorial content, and presentation constitute an original compilation protected by copyright law. Reproducing, systematically extracting, or commercially exploiting AwardHack's compiled data or presentation without written permission is prohibited.

11. User Conduct

You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, copy, systematically download, or reverse engineer the Service or its underlying data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or extract content from the Site
• Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of a prepaid subscription period. If termination results from a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, and 17 of these Terms survive termination.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwardHack LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or information on the Site
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free operation of the Service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• That defects or errors will be corrected
• Fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability
• That third-party program terms, award availability, or transfer partner relationships reflected on the Site are current or accurate at the time of your use

You acknowledge that loyalty program rules, award charts, and point valuations are set entirely by third parties and may change at any time without notice to us.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwardHack LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to AwardHack in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall AwardHack LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost points or miles, missed redemption opportunities, booking losses, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AwardHack LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@awardhack.com and give us thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and AwardHack agree to resolve any claims through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in lieu of arbitration, provided the claim qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent court proceedings are permitted under Section 16, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Washington State.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For minor changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice via email or a prominent in-app notification at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
