AwardHack uses third-party payment processors such as Stripe to process subscription payments. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
5.1 Cookies We Use
- Authentication Cookies: Used to keep you logged in during your session. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
5.2 Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic patterns. This tool does not use cookies or track individuals — data is collected at the network level only. No personally identifiable information is shared with Cloudflare through this tool.
5.3 Your Choices
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling authentication cookies will prevent you from staying logged in. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as no industry standard has been established.
6. How We Share Information
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, email, payment processing, and infrastructure vendors who are contractually obligated to protect your data
- Legal Obligations: When required by law, court order, or valid legal process

8.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
11. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a security incident involving your personal information, we will notify affected users and applicable authorities as required by Washington State law (RCW 19.255.010) and any other applicable regulations. Notification will be provided in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement and any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach.
